In 2007, Petry Kuhne constructed a 50,000 sq. ft. distribution facility for the The News-Gazette. PolyConversions, Inc. purchased this building from The News-Gazette in 2019. Petry Kuhne then completed this multi-phased new headquarters for PolyConversions which includes additional warehouse space and an office addition.

Phase 1, a 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition, consisted of precast concrete wall panels, new concrete floor, and mechanical systems to house additional warehousing. Phase 2, a 4,500 sq. ft. office addition, consisted of insulated exterior metal panels, high end office space added to the southwest elevation of the facility.

The project was completed on schedule and budget and Polyconversions, Inc. is experiencing great success in their new facility.
