Petry Kuhne completed a 27,000 sq. ft. renovation of the Level 3 Rehab Floor at Carle Hospital, including 15 patient rooms with bariatric patient lifts.

The project includes replacement of the ductwork inside three shafts over multiple floors with minimal disruption to hospital operations.

The work was completed without temporary Air Handler leading to substantial savings to construction costs. By providing Construction Management services from the beginning of design through completion of construction. Petry Kuhne was able to successfully target potential setbacks before they could became a problem and delivered project completion five weeks early!
