This 117,000 sq. ft., five-story, brick multi-use complex featuring condominiums, offices, and retail space is an anchor to Champaign’s downtown. As you drive throughout Central Illinois and observe the building landscape, you will notice many facilities such as this, constructed by Petry Kuhne over nearly a century of time. As we do this, we are reminded how each project included many hours of labor by skilled craftsmen.

Many of these structures will last for a century or more and we consider it a great privilege to be part of this history.
