After an out-pouring of support by the community, the Monticello School District CUSD #25, under the guidance of BLDD Architects, approved major additions and renovations to the High School and Elementary School.
This $28M project includes: a new gymnasium, new STEM classrooms, new elementary classrooms, new auditorium, a media center, administration offices, locker rooms, classroom renovations, HVAC upgrades, and more.
Petry Kuhne teamed up with PJ Hoerr, another long-time leader in the central Illinois construction industry, to provide CM services for this project. With a number of our project’s key team members living local to the Monticello community, we share a mutual interest with the district and community in the success of this exciting project!
