Petry-Kuhne partnered with ESa Architecture and Kirby Medical Center in constructing this $11.8 M new facility for expansion of Rehab Services and Fitness for Kirby Medical Center.

The construction of the 40,000 square foot facility with full basement was completed in less than 12 months, on time, even with ongoing supply chain issues.

Acting as the CM, Petry Kuhne was instrumental in working with Kirby Rehab and Fitness departments to ensure even the smallest details were thought about and included in the final end product. The first floor consists of the Rehabilitation Department, including therapy equipment and a therapy pool, KMC Active which includes classes for CrossFit, and a grand entrance to both spaces. The basement will be utilized for future growth.
