Petry Kuhne partnered with Reifsteck, Wakefield, Fanning & Company in completing renovations of this historic fraternity on The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. Updates included newly renovated sleeping rooms, modernized restroom/shower rooms, dining, living/lounge spaces, a complete overhaul of the basement, new stair tower, new ornate staircase and millwork package, exterior façade face-lift, and new parking spaces.

One Petry Kuhne trademark is delivering difficult projects in a timely manner to top quality standards. This project was no exception, as this beautifully renovated facility was completed in time for the students to utilize fully for the fall semester. Due to these renovations the Farmhouse Fraternity has seen a large increase in membership enrollment!
