Petry Kuhne proudly completed full interior renovations of this 4-story student housing facility on the campus of the University of Illinois in Champaign.

Our work to revitalize this fraternity house featured many aspects, including: modernizing student dorm rooms, revamping the fourth floor attic space into penthouse suites, renovating living spaces (dining, living, basement), kitchen remodel, newly renovated restrooms, refurbishing of the interior and exterior stairways, and exterior façade renovations. We also added new landscaping, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
