Petry Kuhne was instrumental in this major renovation of Columbia Center, working to preserve the building’s historic architecture which is over a century old. Improvements to the structure include a building addition and new elevator, restroom renovations, window replacement, roof replacement, new finishes, new flooring, new ceilings, kitchen serving equipment, new fire sprinkler system, new plumbing, new HVAC, new lighting, new electrical service, new low voltage upgrades, and a new fire alarm system.

Petry Kuhne partnered with Reifsteck Wakefield Fanning Architects and the owner to complete this difficult project on schedule and with great reviews by the client and community.
