As a key site in its growing list of banking locations, First Bank selected downtown Champaign to construct this new banking facility. The time frame was critical and Petry Kuhne completed the project on time and within budget. Being a downtown site, logistics management became critical as laydown area was minimal, and downtown traffic remained open for the duration of the project.

Petry Kuhne has had great success building banking facilities throughout Central Illinois and is honored to have been chosen to build this great new facility.

In 2015/16 Petry Kuhne later completed full renovation of the top floor of the facility which originally had been left as open ‘shell space’ on the original project.
